Each person that uses the trailer facilities must be included in your original registration. For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any visitors at or in our trailer rentals. Click here for a full set of our policies.
Deposit Policy - Reservations are guaranteed. Therefore we require a deposit when any reservation is made. Deposits are equal to one night or 25% of the reservation subtotal (whichever amount is higher). For all reservations made in January, February, March and April, we will need to have a check or money order mailed to us within 10 days if possible. Deposits by check will have to be received 3 weeks or more before your arrival date. We can also accept a credit card deposit for reservations made more than 3 weeks before your arrival date.

Credit cards are accepted for guests calling from outside of the U.S. only.
Please be sure to include a note with your arrival date, telephone number and email address for a confirmation.
Cancellation Policy - We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or more days before your arrival date, a refund of your deposit will be given minus a 10% processing fee which is non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before your arrival date. Please note: If you make a reservation less than less than 7 days before your arrival date, and end up having to cancel, that deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in time for the trailer rentals is between 2 PM and 9 PM (10 PM on Friday and Saturday).
