Cabin #3 has a sitting room with a small sofa that lays flat to a small sofa bed (small children only). It has color cable TV and a bedroom with a full size bed. The kitchen in cabin #3 was newly renovated for the 2011 season!! It has a stovetop (no oven), microwave, refrigerator and a table with chairs. It also has a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a deck with a table and chairs, a picnic table and a place to have a campfire. Located close to the playground. This cabin sleeps up to 2 adults and up to 2 small children.
$64.95 plus tax per night The weekly rate is $389.70 plus tax for 7 nights
The above rates are for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 13, if the children are ages 14 and over, there is an additional charge of $5.00 per night. Each person that uses the cabin facilities must be included in your original registration.
Bedding is provided for bedroom only. You will need to bring your own bedding and pillows if anyone in your party will be sleeping on the sofa bed.
**Please note: We do not allow visitors in our cabins.**
The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)
In order to make a reservation, we have a 2 night minimum during regular periods and a 3 night minimum during holiday and special event periods.
Check-in time for cabins is from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout time for cabins is before 10 AM
DEPOSITS: In order to guarantee a cabin, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher).
REFUND POLICY: We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or
more days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable).
Refunds of deposits are not given for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
Above rates do not include 9% State Room Rental tax.
