Cabin #1 is located on the brook. It
has a screened in porch. Cabin #1 has a newly renovated kitchenette (2
burners, no oven) which is fully equipped and it has a small refrigerator and a
microwave, there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sitting area with a loveseat
and color cable TV. It has a bedroom with a full size log cabin bed and a
bathroom with a shower. Outside there's a fireplace and a picnic table
by the brook. Sleeps 2 adults.
$64.95 plus tax per night The
weekly rate is $389.70 plus tax for 7 nights
The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)
Extra charges: Additional people beyond the first 2 adults. Age 14 and over is $5.00 per night, 13 and under, $3.00 per night (no charge for 2 children up to the age of 13). Additional people must be included in your original reservation and registration. We have a maximum number of occupants allowed for each rental unit. You can not add extra people after your reservation is made.
In order to make a reservation, we have a 2 night minimum during regular periods and a 3 night minimum during holiday and special event periods.
**Note: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow visitors in our cabins.**
Check-in time for cabins is from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout time for cabins is before 10 AM
DEPOSITS: In order to guarantee a cabin, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher).
REFUND POLICY: We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or
more days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable).
Refunds are not given for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
Above rates do not include 9% State Room Rental tax.
