Trailer #1 is 35' long. It is located on T1 in the campground. There is a running brook that runs along the site which can be seen and heard from the master bedroom. When you first walk into the trailer, the sitting room is on your right. The sofa in this room opens to a full size bed for up to 2 children. There is also color cable TV. Then you take a left down the hallway and the fully equipped kitchen is on your left and the dining room table with benches is on your right. The bathroom is just past the kitchen. There is a sink, toilet and a shower with a tub in the bathroom. The master bedroom is beyond the bathroom and it has a full size bed as well as another TV. This trailer sleeps up to 2 adults and up to 2 children.
$79.95 plus tax per night The weekly rate is $479.70 plus tax for 7 nights
The above rates are for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 13, if the children are ages 14 and over, there is an additional charge of $5.00 per night. Each person that uses the trailer facilities must be included in your original registration.
Bedding is provided for the master bedroom only. You will need to bring your own bedding and pillows if anyone in your party will be sleeping on our sofa bed.

The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)
In order to make a reservation, we have a 2 night minimum during regular periods and a 3 night minimum during holiday and special event periods.
Check-in time for travel trailers is from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout time for travel trailers is before 10 AM
DEPOSITS: In order to guarantee a travel trailer, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher).
REFUND POLICY: We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or
more days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable).
Refunds of deposits are not given for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
Above rates do not include 9% State Room Rental tax.
