Cabin #4 is located on a hill overlooking the river and brook. There's a screened in porch with a table and chairs to enjoy this view. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven as well as a dining area. There's a sitting room with a sofa that lays flat for1 or 2 small children (under 12 years old) and color cable television. Upstairs there's a bathroom with a shower. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a full size log cabin bed. Outside there's a picnic table and a place to have a campfire. Sleeps 4 adults and up to 1 or 2 small children (under 13 years old). $104.95 plus tax per night  3 NIGHT MINIMUM    The weekly rate is $629.70 plus tax for 7 nights

The 7th consecutive night is FREE (subject to availability)

 

In order to make a reservation, there is a 3 night minimum for cabin #4.

**Note: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow visitors in our cabins.**

Check-in time for cabins is from 2 PM to 10 PM
Checkout time for cabins is before 10 AM

DEPOSITS: In order to guarantee a cabin, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher).

REFUND POLICY: We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or more days prior to the arrival date, a refund will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable). Refunds are not given for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.

Above rates do not include 8% State Room Rental tax.
