Please take a few moments to read these rules and regulations.
Checkout time for the cabins and travel trailers is before 10 AM.
Office and store hours are posted at the office.
QUIET HOURS are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
· CHECK-OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10AM. This is very important so that we can have the cabin ready for the next guest at check-in time. Please bring the key(s) to the office when you are ready to depart. If you will be departing before the store is open, please let us know, and we will let you know where to leave the key. All late checkouts will be charged a late fee.
· No visitors are allowed in the cabins. Each person that uses the cabin facilities must be included in your original cabin registration.
· Absolutely no smoking in our cabins. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience on the porches and decks as well as around the campground.
· Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets can not be left unattended. When you leave the cabin, you must take them with you. You must pick up after them. Please keep them quiet so they do not disturb other campers. Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ actions.
· No fishing allowed in the pond!! Our pond is stocked by Country Bumpkins and is for viewing only. Anyone caught fishing in the pond will be evicted without a refund. You can fish in the river or in the brook with the required state license. Please make sure that children do not throw anything (including rocks) in the pond.
· Do not move any rocks in or around the river!! This causes flooding of the campground and is dangerous. A responsible adult must always accompany children while by the water. Wading in the river and in the brook is at your own risk.
· Do not move or modify your fire ring or fire pit for any reason! Do not burn any glass, cans, trash, plastic or other hazardous materials in your fire. Fires must be kept at a safe level. They must be attended at all times. The pots and pans that we provide in the cabins are for indoor use only.
· The SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. Please abide by this rule. CAUTION:” children at play”. Pedestrians have the right of way.
· No skateboarding or Rollerblading. No bike riding after dusk. NH Bicycle law: BIKE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR BICYCLE RIDERS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE AND RECOMMENDED FOR ALL.
· FIREWOOD is sold at the store for your convenience. No cutting, damaging or breaking of trees (dead or alive, shrubs or picnic tables. Let us know at arrival if your picnic table is damaged.
· The registered adult for each rental unit is responsible for their guests and their children. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the restrooms, game room and the playground. No food or drink allowed in the game room. No sitting or standing on games. Any parent allowing their children to be a nuisance will be asked to leave. No bicycling in the campground after dusk.
· No Fireworks or slingshots!!
· Theft or Property damage will lead to the prosecution of the registered guest.
· Intoxication, obscenity and vulgarity are not tolerated. We allow alcohol in moderation. We will not approach anyone acting in a disorderly manner. We will call the local or state police to handle your immediate eviction. Please report any activity disturbing other campers to the management at once. Emergency numbers are posted on the door if the office is closed.
We take pride in keeping our cabins as cozy, clean and comfortable as possible for our guests. Your cooperation in helping us by checking out on time is greatly appreciated. Your cooperation in helping us to maintain the above rules will result in a more comfortable environment and enjoyable experience for everyone. This property is privately owned, and the owners reserve the right to evict anyone for any infraction of these rules.
